Tiffaney D. Hunter, MBA is an award-winning global communications and community leader, visionary, speaker, author, and philanthropist with over two decades of experience crafting innovative strategies for Fortune 500 corporations and private companies.
As Founder and CEO of Tiffaney Dale Agency, LLC, she successfully combines creative and analytical leadership skills to drive revenue and increase profit margins for an array of clients. Most recently, she served as a four-year consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP (EY), where she advised global executive leaders on driving transformation for teams worldwide through the development and implementation of strategic internal communications. She has also served as Director of Marketing and Communications for Southern Methodist University and Chief Communications Officer for the Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation.
Tiffaney is a business advocate of social change and justice. Notable professional projects and contributions include leading marketing efforts for the EY “Bridging the Digital Divide” initiative that was deployed in over 80 offices throughout the nation; spearheading communications for three 50/50 Women on Boards Dallas Conversation events, which are committed to increasing gender balance and diversity on corporate boards; and providing creative direction to the EY social equity team working to create equity and inclusiveness for employees throughout the world. In addition, Tiffaney successfully led a national strategic communication campaign for the American Heart Association’s EmPOWERED to Serve initiative, which shed the light on health, racism and social injustices in under-sourced minority communities.
A highly respected and trusted industry and business pioneer, Tiffaney has received an array of accolades including the 2023 “Strategic Leader” Faith Awards, 2023 “Your Hour, Her Power” award by Dress for Success, 2022 “Best Community Leader” award by the Dallas Weekly, 2022 Women in Business Honoree by the Dallas Business Journal, 2015 University of North Texas Distinguished Young Alumna Award and 2013 Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce Quest for Success Award. She is a highly requested motivational speaker, host, and moderator. Tiffaney has engaged and inspired leaders and audiences for several companies and organizations including the American Business Women Association, Capital One, Ernst & Young LLP, Jones Long LaSalle, LinkedIn, National Urban League, National Association of Women Business Owners, Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, University of North Texas, Southern Methodist University and Texas Southern University.
Tiffaney is passionate about selflessly giving of her time, talent, and treasures to empower and uplift the lives of others. She currently serves on the board of directors for the University of North Texas College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Anthem Strong Families, and most recently on The Dallas Bach Society and the WiNGS organization, of which she served as the 2019 Event Chair for its signature Mentors and Allies Awards Luncheon. In addition, she previously served as a board member for Southern Methodist University’s Business Associate program, the Dallas Arts District Alliance, the Dallas Wind Symphony, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League’s Élan Circle, Fort Worth Jubilee Theatre and the Urban League of Greater Dallas and North Central Texas. She is a graduate of Leadership Women, Leadership Dallas and the Leadership Arts Institute.
A devoted writer, Tiffaney is the author of "Dawn of a New Day: A 21-Day Inspirational Journal to Renew Your Faith, Mind, & Spirit." She has represented her book and company on several TV segments including ABC's Good Morning America, NBC's Community Conversations for Change, ABC’s DayBreak, the CW’s EyeOpener TV and The Morning Dose. Previously, she covered the arts, antiques, museums and attractions for Where Magazine, a national travel guide and publication.
Tiffaney received both her Master of Business Administration and Graduate Finance Certification from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
She is a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship with Senior Pastor, Dr. Tony Evans and a member and executive officer for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ® – Alpha Xi Omega Chapter.
